• Enter your invoice number or a brief description of what the payment is for.
• Enter the amount you would like to pay. 
• You will then be taken to a secure website administrated by PayPal to finish the transaction.

PayPal is a secure online credit card processing service that also allows for electronic checks and bank transfers.

You do not need to have a PayPal membership in order to use this service, and there is no cost to you. HELP I don't see how to do this without a PayPal membership.
